I just thought I would get this message out, since over the past year or so, I have mainly supported the Left Wing. Well, I am not a Liberal, but I am in the middle. I am an Independent.
You see, both sides have done well, yet both sides have fucked up. These days, since 1992 through 2012, Conservatives have fucked up more times than I can count. From calling Home Schooling terrorism or claiming video games cause people to go out on killing sprees, to the supporting of a war over oil in the past 2 decades or the people who represent the party being a bunch of fools, the Right Wing is easy to poke at.
Now, as for Liberal in the past 2 years, we have accidentally supported another deficit, accidentally listened to the Republicans about what changes should be made to the stimulus plan, and our current Democratic president not following any real Liberal views, but doing exactly the things that Bush Jr. did to the country.
Now, to all those Conservative who say that Obama is following the Liberal plan, NO. He isn’t. He is doing what Republicans want him to do, sadly. Obama seems to be a closet Republican, but there are 3 sides to every story, as they say.
Getting back to my point, to be supporting only one side may make me seem to either be Radical or Bias. I lean to the side that makes more sense at the time. I follow the side that has the best looking overview. I may look into the past, Right Wing supporting Slavery and pure Capitalism to ruin America, Left Wing allowing World War I to happen, but I still must look into the present.

Well, now that Youtube has frozen my videos/account, spammed me constantly and one again, for the second time, since ‘07 have changed (Forced) the new layout. It’s Moneytube anyways, since all it is, is Youtube partners with webcams talking about stupid shit most of the time. Well, that’s all Youtube cares about anyways. They all use Youtube toolbox, by the way. That’s a tool used to hack the subscriber/comment count. It makes fake Youtube accounts and adds them to your channel.
Goodbye, Youtube.

So it’s been a while. Mostly due to me being busy, but I saw that ACTA or something like that was active and took down many websites, temporarily. It took 6 hours for the thing to go away, then domains went back up. This is terrible. Lamar Smith tried polishing this bills outlook, when really, it just destroys the internet. Without this public internet, people would start doing the stuff you see here in real life.
Think about it. Without this free-for-all type gift, where do people go to do the bad things they do here? Real life. What these Republicans don’t understand is the bad things that happen or will happen when they start making rational decisions. It even, as one interested in Psychology myself, disappoints me that my states governor shut down mental institutes and either let the people who need help out to dry or in prison. Which processing new prisoners costs more money and caused a major tax increase. The hypocrisy is just bad image.
For the past 18 years, we have had to keep the Right Wing out of ultimate power the best we could, but sadly, people didn’t see the misfortune with Iraq, the rest of foreign relations, debt and the economy. The Bush family did terrible, Bill Clinton was great and Obama is just terrible with money.
Everyone is starting to look like a joke, but then these new candidates come along and speak of dumb policies and plans.

I found that purchasing goods from a copyright materialized company gives you certain rights to withhold the copyright. So in other words, you buy it, it’s officially yours to do whatever with it.
So now that we have that announced, technically, sharing the media/data isn’t wrong. But then again, there is also restriction to even owning the material in the first place. This is what I call “Uneducated Actions.”
These laws are not being bound correctly enough to not contradict themselves. Correct me if I am wrong on this, but this is the most flawed system of copyright I have ever seen, unless this abides other copyright laws coming first.
Now, this post is a bit of a shot in the dark, but I may be on to something here. More news to come soon.
Once again, the Republican party is trying to keep all of these bills alive. All Democrats have backed out, Ron Paul is officially Filibustering PIPA, and we are at World Wide Web War 1.
To break these things down: You will be under surveillance 24/7 as long as you are connected to the internet. Anything you do is sent to third parties to determine punishment if you do anything immoral or illegal. Definitions of the two vary between the minds of self ethics in the third party. If you share a file with a friend, use a profile picture not belonging to you, etc., you are facing some serious penalties.
The penalties are varied between cut access from the internet, small fines, criminal charges, jail and prison. All for a few Kb. of data. This goes against many of our freedoms our amendments and our constitution. We just barely have a choice to go against this. The only solution is protest.
What has America come to? It makes me regret living in this country because it has to fight for such small and basic rights. Without these rights, the American Dream/Way is dead. Democracy and Freedom is nearly dead in America. I would say God bless, but if there is a God, he really hates this country.
(God Sarcasm: I am not like these religious nuts who believe god makes the decisions for every action.)
